I would like to file a formal complaint against a supervisor I spoke with on the phone today. Her name was Namangi, and felt it appropriate to tell me I was incorrect, my phone was disconnected and then proceeded to end the call with me after raising her voice at me. I have been a customer for going on 10 years and am highly considering moving to another company for my business due to the repetitive issues I have and the way I was spoken to as well.
