I recently lost the most important person in my life and for anyone that can understand everything is difficult for me now. Even what would seem the most simple as making a call to customer service for help understanding the changes in my bill and addressing them takes a lot out of me to do. But when I called l ended up speaking with one of the most amazing humans ever. I don't know that I can fully convey how much of a pleasure it was to speak with Irving. Not only did he quickly and easily explain my bill and address the issue his communication skills, high level of emotional intelligence and empathy made a positive impact beyond what is expected as an agent. I asked how I could give feedback to a manager but they were on a call. And I actually think providing feedback this way is better. The kindness that I felt from the call with Irving will hopefully be helpful to others who read this and as well.
