No way to reach a real person at Verizon

I'm SO frustrated.  There is no way to reach a live person.  Someone else commented on this and Verizon responded (in 2018) to press 0 after the prompt menu.  There is no longer a prompt menu just a stupid robot.  When you say "Help
 it sends you to a text that is completely irrelevant to your issue.  I have had Verizon since 1993 and am very likely changing providers because of this.  Worst service ever
