Stop hiding store phone numbers

I spent 45 minutes trying to geta store phone number to find out if they have paid parking.  The store down the street from my house  does not have the free phone my eligibiilty allows me  so I try to find out about the parking down town.   45 minutes later and after 5 tranfers I finally get the store and find out yes the only parking they have is paid parking.  Of couser the store close to my house has free parking but they dont stock a phone one would choose as an upgrade. So now istead of getting y phone same day I have to wait another three days for it to get sent to my local store.  Meanwhile the Verizon recording keeps telling me how they are making it easier to do anything with Verizon.  Better get your waders on, its getting deep in here.

Sorry to hear the closest store to you isn't a corporate one and therefore won't do the "ship to store" thing.  But when I looked at the PC website and used the "stores" link at the top of the page, the direct phone number for each store comes up underneath the store's address when I searched using my ZIP code?

Update: The incompetence continues....was told the phone could be sent to my local store but it cannot because Verizon has the infighting corp stores vs the "other /whatever" stores "policy" , so it looks Verizon has managed to make sure the inconvinience is on me no matter what.
