I'm sorry Verizon but you need to be better. I can't say how many times the simplest request are messed up which requires hours to resolve. Your support staff doesn't understand simple instructions or simple requests. Getting orders wrong and misinterpreting the most clear cut conversations. Its so frustrating. I'm typing this while I've been on hold for 42 mins just trying to add a mini box to my account. Its quite sad. What ever happened to customer service.
