I have no clue if this forum is designed for this, but I am compelled to get some sort of message to Verizon. Long story short - a simple service questions resulted in a two hour text chat with FOUR different agents.
As a CX professional, all I wanted to do was to bring this horrible experience to someone's attention at Verizon. I would hope there is somebody in the echelons of Verizon who would care at all, but based on the fact that the only option I could find was to initiate another chat ... not if you paid me.
The only bright side ... I do customer service training and the screen shots I have of this two hour text will not be used because it is powerful to show staff what NOT to do!
