VZW Cust Support

I called VZW Cust Support from inside VZW store. The Rep answered the call and I heard chickens and street noises. 
Asked for Rep’s name and where he was. He was very hesitant to answer, so I named the nation as suspected. He agreed that I was correct. 
Facts:
My data was not protected by VZW because he was not working in a secure commercial call center. He was outside in the open air using a laptop and headset, not hardwired vpn; susceptible to data capture. He was not in the US, therefore was not fully bound by US privacy, credit, collection or financial laws.

Thank you for being with us for over 33 years. I am sorry to read that your upgrades have become such a problem. This is absolutely not how we want any transaction to go. I'm sending you a private message where we can work on these issues and make sure everything is correct.

The hyperlink did not work. I requested a phone call, but never received one. Totally disappointed in Verizon as a whole.
