Verizon Customer Service

Just wanted to say that Verizon Customer Service does not help in anyway. I've called multiple times, received agents over seas who does not understand what I need or what I am saying. Their response was "I understand".  I have tried  chatting/texting and all I got was bots claiming to be live agents, asking repetitive questions.  So frustrated.

I've had luck getting a real person on live chat by typing "live agent".  Depending on what the issue is, I may be able to find you a different number to call?  Just an FYI, business and personal accounts are different parts of the company, as are prepaid and postpaid personal accounts.
