I'm curious if the coverage in St Thomas and St John with Verizon Wireless is as good as a local SIM, better or worse.

We apologize, but we do not have coverage with our own network outside of the USA 50 states. While traveling outside of the USA, you would be roaming off of the international provider at your destination.
