How do I get a Network Extender removed form my account?
I tried using chat support but she insisted I needed to remove it from my phone, which was never connected to it as I haven't had the NE for almost a decade and it's literally registered in a location that's 2800 miles away.

I have had the same issue for almost two years. I was unable to get the old 3G Network Extenders, long disabled/retired, removed from my account after many tickets being deadended. Then, several months ago, the network extenders were not showing on the My Verizon website under Account->My Devices->Device Overview. Finally, after several more tickets with no resolution, the extenders are now showing up on the website. ALL my OLD 3G Extenders are showing up again along with my two active 4G Extenders. There are still glitches in the website with management of the extenders and it appears that the website is a 'work in progress' for the Network Extender devices.
