I just had router upgraded. Message says access denied. Verizon tech came and "fixed" it but then it went out again a few days later. I talked to Kindle tech support and they said that problem was with the router. Any suggestions?
Have you tried powering down the whole internet system and restarting it, along with erasing the Wi-Fi login credentials on your Kindle, then having the Kindle do a re-scan for Wi-Fi networks, then entering in the new password? Am guessing either the password was changed or just having a new piece of equipment installed messed up the internet connection so it has to be refreshed.
