I have multiple phones on my account for family members. 2 of the phones, belonging to two of our kids, are displayed as “non registered” on my online verizon account. what does this mean?

Since all the phones are under one login in My Verizon, only one of them is "registered" because it was the one you used to sign up with originally on My Verizon. The others are "non registered" because they are not under a different account or separate My Verizon login. Doesn't affect how the other phones work; just a My Verizon thing.
