I had the echo dot offer under my offers after first signing up for our home internet plan. now that the required time has passed I have no option to redeem the offer. I noted I would be eligible to redeem it between 4/7-4/22/23...Why would it show me an offer I had to wait for and then remove it when I could actually redeem it?
I even spent over an hour and a half on the phone w agents at the Verizon cust support number. Nobody knew how to help me redeem, but saw I should be eligible. Instead I was transfered from department to department because "another department" would be the one to authorize. My call was disconnected twice on transfers so I had to call back. I am frustrated with the hassle and extensive time I have spent trying to redeem this offer. Even more frustrating now seeing how many others are having the same negative experience as I am.. Verizon, what is up???
