This is Ridiculous and Unprofessional and Unreliable . For a few weeks now I've been told my offers were available to redeem.... but the title all say "No offers to redeem". I've spent hours on "chat" on the phone and being transferred back and forth between customer service and the rewards center. No one is able to help me. I'm supposed to get
2 - $200 home depot gift cards
1 - $100 verizon gift card
1 - $50 xbox gift card
Rewards department told me they can replace it with all Verizon Gift cards. Personally I don't care for that much in Verizon gift cards. I want what I was offered. Yet no one know why and No can seem to help me. I'm regretting making the switch already if this is what I have to look forward to woth Verizon customer service. I've been polite and patient spending hours upon hours on the phone with them to keep being transferred out to someone new. It's beco.ing ridiculous. Anyone have this problem? Because I was told how rare this is and I'm not buying that for a min.
