Xbox Gift Card

I have been trying for MONTHS to redeem the $50 Xbox gift card. I’ve spoken to numerous customer service reps who tell me the same thing over and over. Try this, try that, ok this will be escalated and then nothing and the issue continues.

It keeps giving the error message I’ve seen so many people complaining about. “The requested URL is not found on this server” This is clearly an issue in Verizon’s end.

Can someone please actually help me so I can redeem the offer I was promised at the time of sign up!!!????
