Veriizon has known about the problem on the entire road for 25 years and has refused to do anything about it. About 20 customers are without phones when it rains. All they are interested in is setting up an appointment with a technican, while you wait home and then charge you an fee when they do not even attempt to come in the house. There is not credit even though they are aware that all these phones are not workng. I cannot believe that I am expected to take off from work and also be charged to wait at home. I really need a supervisor to call me but I do not have dials tone.
