Several months ago my fiber line was cut by a contractor working on my neighbor's property. I got the name of the contractor and provided it to the technician at the time he performed the work. A few months later I received a letter from CMR demanding payment of $405. I wrote two letters and made several phone calls, none of which recived a response. In the mean time they sent letters every two weeks for several months. Today I received a demand letter from an attorney that has "been reainted by Verizon".
