Hi,
I've been trying to activate the Call Forwarding feature but everytime I entered *72, I got the busy tones. I've also tried #72 or 72#, but as always, got the busy tones. I've never heard any message asking me to enter the phone number to forward to as per the user guide.
I checked my phone plan and this feature is included in the plan. The phone number I'm trying to forward to is a local phone number.
I'm using the new phone VTECH DET 6.0 which include one main unit and 2 wireless handset units.
Can someone please help!
