When I make a call from my verizon fios home line it shows up a different name on the caller ID. It should show up my name, correct? How do I get it fixed?
does your name show up correctly at www.tnid.org ?
verizon should be able to fix the caller id for calls that show up incorrectly for verizon to verizon calls. if you need them to fix - I would do a chat support by clicking on contact us at the bottom, or calling them at 1-800 - VERIZON
