I am new to FIOS. I had cable. My question is: Is there any way to check my caller id on the TV
screen. With cable, we were able to check the calls that were received, we didn't have to use
the internet or check our display or phone in the home.

We do have Caller ID on TV in most areas now. Hit the menu button on the remote, go to settings, caller ID. Your caller ID for the TV should be displaying within 48hrs of activation.

once you get to the caller id section of the men, don't forget to hit the check availability. That will start the process.

Sorry, Perhaps you are misunderstanding what I am asking. When I receive a call I see it on the TV screen. What I want to know, is there any other way to check who called my home without having to log onto the PC? WIth cable you were able to see the call log for the last 20 incoming calls. Does FIOS have that? If so, where do I need to go? Thanks

you can't do that through the TV set but you can do that through the computer.
verizon.com/callassistant you have to set it up and activate or go to www.myverizon.com and log in. once you are logged in - if you click on the home phone option - then you should be able to see the call logs if it was set up properly.
IF you have fios digital voice, then you should be using their account manager online at www.verizon.com/fiosvoice
you can't do it from the tv set though. 😛
