I received a call, allegedly from Verizon regarding a recent service order.
The Caller ID information generated by your Call Center shows up as "{edited for privacy} INTERNATIONAL"
How exactly is Verizon able to skirt FCC regulations requiring accurate Caller ID information?
This is a federal requirement, and "techinical limitations" (as your CSR implied) are absolutely no excuse for failure to comply with these Consumer Protection laws.

Was the correct number displayed? If so, then the Caller ID met the FCC regulations.
