HELP!!
I recently ordered fios and asked that my phone number of over 30 years be transfered and it was not. I was given a new number and after calling the company several times I was told that it will take about three days to transfer back to my original number. A week went by and I still did not have my original number. i just call verizon 12/14/16 and was told that my original number is not available. I live in brooklyn, how can i speak to a customer rep. in my area. I am tired of speaking to customer from different countries and can't even understand what they are saying.
