Online account manager does not work. Tech support told me to contact Microsoft about Java (reinstall?) and told me that in the meantime I should use firefox instead of internet explorer. EVERYthing works just fine on my computer and all the programs run perfectly (including Java) except Verizon's online account manager.
Java has been reinstalled and that did not fix the problem. I have wasted so much time w/ Verizon's "help" - I just don't want to go there again.
Can someone hel[p me?
