When will digital phone be available in Greenwich, CT so we can have caller ID on our TVs as we had with Cablevision?

First, no one from Verizon will reply to your question as this is a peer-to-peer forum.

Second, FiOS Digital Voice is not required to get caller ID on the TV.  It works with Verizon Freedom Essentials (traditional POTS) as well as FiOS Digital Voice.

Go to Menu => Settings => Notifications -> Caller ID => Check Availability. This needs to be done at each TV that you want the Caller ID to show up on. It takes 24-48 hours for the Caller ID to show up once you do this.

must call c/s over the cell phone ,  do not use the landline phone, they will restore the set top box while ask you go to menu with the remote , they will ask you to step by step to go to meau..................
