Digital voice mail

Since converting to Verizon all digital, our home land line voice mail picks up every call as a message even when the caller hung up and never left a message. Every few days we have to waste 10 minutes purging blank non messages from our voice mail. Very annoying

I think these are scammers trying to get you to call them back.

I was getting lots of these calls and have started using the Verizon AOL call block feature.

When I get a call I add the phone number to the call block list.

This feature is working really well. There is a 200 phone call limit which seems to be adequate.
