We have the DND function set up on a schedule.
Every day turn on DND at 11PM and turn off the next morning at 7AM.
It seems to work fine - UNLESS someone calls during the hours when DND is activated. The call goes directly to voicemail after the caller is informed that we're not taking any calls at this time, and the house phone does not ring.
This is exactly what DND is supposed to do
EXCEPT that once turned on, and a call is received and sent to VM during the active hours, DND does not turn off at 7AM.
DND stays on. And on. Unless you go MyVerizon and turn it off
It's a great feature, and I wish it could be fixed, Sometimes we go for days wondering - why haven't we received any calls?
