Verizon just fixed my message waiting tone, which had stopped working due to a billing department mistake. However, the message waiting light is still not functioning properly.
Any suggestions?
The message waiting indicator is actually two features: one for audible (tone) and one for visible (light).
It's possible you only have the audible one on your account.
