How do I block "PRIVATE CALLER" or "ANONYMOUS" calls?

I am receiving SCAM calls that show PRIVATE CALLER or ANONYMOUS on the CALLER ID

How do I BLOCK these calls?

If you have FiOS Digital Voice, you can control the feature from the FDV web page.
