How do I confirm a home phone repair appointment time online?

My phone line has had no dial tone since last Friday. I have a repair scheduled for tomorrow morning, and I was told I need to confirm my repair appointment time. How do I confirm a repair time online? I cannot call to confirm because my home phone isn't working. There are no options in my online repair status to confirm the appointment.

I apologize I didnt fully read that. The link I posted is to view your appts and tickets. To confirm it with an agent online you have to do online chat. At the bottom of the page click contact us and notify them

Yes you can confirm online via chat if you are not able to make a call. Was everything resolved?
