I need a pin to set up my voice mail. But the pin I thought was mine doesn't work. Where do I find one, or how do I get one (without sitting on the phone for three hours with Verizon?)

Initial set up is the last four but it that doesn't work you'll have to call in to have it reset. The website might also be able to help resetting as well.

Last 4 digits if your social security number, or you will have to call and wait to have Verizon set it.
at one time it was also four zeros.
