Dear Verizon,
Please be advised that I am still unable to make international long distance calls to Haiti even though I signed up for the feature. I have not been able to use the feature even once since I sgined up for it. I was told that other customers have reported the same issue and that Verizon is working on fixing the problems. I was also told that a representative will be contacting me to provide status but no one has yet reached out to me. I really need to know if this issue is getting resolved soon.
