The static is so bad that I cannot reach the service center. The dial tone even went out completely last night. This situation has occurred several times in the past couple of years and each time therehas been a problem outside my house. The underground wires were replaced about four years ago but the problem still recurrs. On the internet, Thusday October 27th. is the first date available for service and in order to get even that I need another phone number!! How can I be in two places at once?
