Am getting a landline (copper) with local-only calling plan for a family member. How does that plan determine which cell numbers are local and able to be called?
the first 3 digtal is the area code, you can see it is local or out of the zone.
For my mother and uncle, they have Local plan only in new york city, they can not make the call out of the Zone, only New York City 5 broughs
The info is suppose to be in your local Phone book. These days so many people have unlimited nationwide that its real hard to find elsewhere.
