I was shut off AGAIN, your operators are saying I am not disconnected...this happens a lot but the tech on the phone yesterday was useless, and very condescending. The operators were at least polite. So now I have to cancel my Dr appt and pay the 50$ fee for doing in less than 24 hrs,, i cant even call...i have to no call no show, just to sit n wait for the tech that never showed up the last time this happened...2 weeks ago. This happens A lot! Every operator asked to make arrangements to pay, but no one is concerned that I am in here w 3 kids no phone and its thanksgiving day. I have never been offered ANY compensation or credit. The last guy blamed it on Atlantic broadband...even though I don't have their service for anything...I just need my phone! My grandma is in the Hosp, my kids are home on break and we're stuck w no phone. When this is over I'm changing phone companies for all of us with Verizon anything
