Assuming you have Fios Digital Voice You can listen to your voicemails on your PC by logging into your account by going to:
http://my.verizon.com after you sign in from the top choose:
My Verizon >>> Check my Voicemail
If you need to reset your voicemail password you will need to call Technical Support @ 1-888-553-1555

SOmetimes, if you didn't set it, it defaults to the last 4 of your phone number.
