Recently anytime some call me and the caller leaves a voice message on my Verizon account, the message never is recorded in my mailbox. If I am on the phone, caller can leave a message and I can get it. At the same time that this issue started, another personal message was recorded and I cannot change it nor change it to the default message. I called Verizon and they could not fix the problem.
