On my landline I have noticed that I don't have touch tone. When I dial numbers it is like listening to a rotary dial phone. What's up with this? It's annoying when your dialing a long distance phone number. I want touch tone on my landline!
Good Morning! The phone is what generates either a pulse or a tone. Most phones have a small switch or button to change the phone mode from pulse to tones and vice versa. Please correct this phone settings and you will not have this problem.
