Old phone wires from utility pole to house

Hello-

There are old phone wires coming from the utility pole going to my house that I would like to have removed. Can I get a technician to come remove them?

you might get someone to actually know what your issue is. I would try contacting your city, town or village engineering department who may know exactly the number to call to get it done.

or contact your state Public Service Commission or Public Utilities Commission via google search who regulates Verizon and can get it taken care of for you.
