I have FiOS Digital Voice Unlimited Plan – for quite some time now. Yesterday morning the phone went dead inexplicably. Last night it started working again on it’s own. Except now there is a delay; about 6 beeps before a steady dial tone comes on. Did my phone just get bugged?
