I have no dial tone and I cant make phone calls. This is not the first time this has happened. I want to talk to a live person but have no phone to do so and yet every time I try to get help this dam website tells me to call!!! Hello I cant call my phone is not working. I do not own a cell phone and I am in a house with a four year son woth Autism and a disabled husband. With all the technology why can I not live chat with a live person to help me!!! Really thinking it is time to go comcast!!!!! Can any one help!!!
