This is what's happening to me. The automated agent told me which numbers of my account are my pin number. I did that. They were incorrect. I am also going to call the Better Business Bureau or the AG office. This is taking so much of my time!!! Did anyone else have this happen and what was the solution?

No one ever comes to assist. The call gets lost after a time (45-60 minutes) conveniently.
