Problems with Home Voice Mail ~ stutter tone, email notifications, message indicator light ......

I contacted Verizon support but was not helped. They told me to look for the answer on the website. I've tried.

Here are my voice mail issues:

1. No stutter dial tone to indicate new messages

2. Therefore, my message light indicator is not working

3. I get email notifications when I get a call BUT I do not get the notifications when someone leaves a voice mail

It is very irritating.

Please let me know how I can resolve this.

Same problem here. First I had it where I couldn't get rid of the stutter, even with no messages, and being sure to exit properly from the system. Verizon reset my voicemail, now there no stutter at all to indicate new messages.
