I moved from PA to CO in July 2014. I have a credit balance of $52.83 from July 2014. I am not able to update my billing address to CO . Online message tells to call 1-800-verizon; when I do that, customer service just takes me in circles (they start by saying they do not offer services in CO, and keeps transfering my calls from one person to the next and finally end up at the same place where I start with. Any help to resolve this is grately appreciated.
I have continued with only email service (keeping verizon.net email) now, and would like to continue that for few more months. That service has a different account number
