I hope this message finds you well. I want to share my recent experience with Verizon and seek advice from this forum regarding a troubling situation.
In July 2023, I contacted Verizon to set up FIOS services for my residence in Framingham, MA. I encountered issues with the initial order, and due to a lack of information and assistance from Verizon's customer service, I had to place a second order.
The problem at hand is that I have made two separate payments for router deposits, and I have not received any clear information on the status of these payments or how to recover them. This situation is causing frustration and financial inconvenience.
I have reached out to Verizon's customer service multiple times, but I have spent several hours on calls with agents who could not provide a resolution. It's been a daunting experience, and I am at a loss for how to proceed.
If anyone has faced a similar issue or can provide advice on how to expedite the refund process, I would greatly appreciate your insights. Please share any relevant experiences or suggestions on this matter.
