Running cable and telphone line to another room in home

What is the basic installation fee for Verizon to come out to my home and install a new cable jack and telephone input in a den?

What number to I call to schedule this install to be done?

Online ordering quotes $59 for me for a cable run. Not sure how much more for the phone line.

Call 1-800-verizon i'm sure they can give you standard fee.
