Call logging works just fine through the VCA client. Attempting same with voice mail does not. After calling VCA help desk , explaining problem and having a ticket opened, I was told (approx. 1.5 weeks later) that it is not yet available in my area (845) and will not be for another year. Call me paranoid but I find it difficult to believe that VCA TECHNICAL SUPPORT took a WEEK AND A HALF to figure out that the function was not available. Can anyone verify ?? Since this is ONE OF MANY problems I have had with VCA, technical support credibility is questionable.
Contacting generic phone support helpdesk via email about availabilty in 845 areacode got me an email response to contact the VCA group.
