Voice Mail does not respond when I call from my home number.

Dear Friends;

After great, convenient use for a decade, my voice mail is acting up. I can call the voice mail number from my cell phone and the voice mail responds, askes for my voice mail box number, then askes for my passcode, and then gives me access to my voice mails. When I call the voice mail number from my home phone, I get a single ring, and nothing more.

Any ideas?
