I have Auto Pay (for over 1 year). Verizon occasionally sends an e-mail to see if you still want Auto Pay and I have responded to all that I have seen -- should not be happening! I must have missed one, because my March Bill was not paid, and I paid both March and April bills yesterday. Along with a $5.00 Late Charge! I would like for the delinquency to be removed and the $5.00 Late Charge returned -- is that possible?
Also, I have setup Auto Pay and I want it to continue...
