I lost dial tone and DSL Sunday night and it was repaired Monday. All of a sudden it started working. Lost it again Tuesday night. I called in and they said an underground cable was cut. Is anyone else without service? Today I called for status update and was told it's "probably an auto accident or cut cable". Would love to know if this is **bleep** or of others in Williamsport (particularly garden view section) are without dial tone. Thanks!
