I recently signed up for international world plan ( 300 mins), I try to check online how many minutes I've used, but when that part of the system is down I cannot. Or I can make a call into verizon's operators to check my mins, the process of reaching a live person is about 5 mins after you've navigated all the prompts.
CAN'T VERIZON FIOS SEND YOU AN ALERT LETTING YOU KNOW YOU ARE CLOSE TO GOING OVER YOUR ALOTTED MINS??
One simple alert....email or text!! jUST TO LET ME KNOW THIS WOULD MAKE ME A SOMEWHAT HAPPY CUSTOMER.
